Query by Summer season<3: How do I make this Cowgirl Halloween Costume?
I am 16 and wished a costume adorable but not too revealing. I discovered this cowgirl costume on the internet, but it is only offered online and is way to expensive! Plus the skirt is way to short!

For any sewing specialists out there, any tips on how could I make this myself?

get a plad shirt and rap it up u know and then tie it so u can see ur stomach(if u want). then get some jean shorts and a cowboy hat and tada cow lady. also if u want get like a horse, one particular of people horse head and stick things. very good luck and desire i served
